You can withdraw any time but it does not matter whether you withdraw it before aor or after they still deduct half of your total amount you have paid

Is anyone getting these emails from IRCC, where they are asking you to link the application? . We have already linked the application months ago and we have received many emails since then. Today we received an email with an attached pdf and with a specific name and application number, asking us to link the application. Has anybody experienced the same situation and what needs to be done here?

bro they are working, whoever applied first is getting results, IG finished up on 7 may, so they had process those ones first and not essential that was applied after 7 may
