OK. When you sent that email, did they reply anything to you? did they ask you anything in the email - like your UCI or if you are physically in Canada, etc.?
Did you also send your CoPR with the email?

I mentioned everything already in my email.

No need of Copr. Write UCI NAME AND APPLICATION NO. AND COPR DOCUMENT#.

Its showing as delivered in GcKey? You should call or email ircc as your card might be stolen/lost

I am not able to link my application. I called them and they advised me to wait at-least 6 weeks. My MP also got the same message from them. They also confirmed my address and it is the same address.

6 weeks for mail delivery, hmm, the wait time sucks

This email worked for me. I even did not send any proofs. My card got approved same day.

I emailed IRCC.ClientPortalEast-EstClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca 2 days ago, but I haven't received any reply yet.

I had a GU today and then it changed back to Submitted
