PR Card - first time -Processing Timeline 2021- Montreal office

so is it CIC-QUE-Pre-Landing@cic.gc.ca or IRCC.ClientPortalPrairies-PrairiesClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca?
I am Montreal office and sent my CoPR and Photo by mail to Montreal Office in March 2021. I haven't used any online portal ever for confirming my PR status either.
I need PR card early as one of my family members is sick.

They should be
IRCC.ClientPortalEast-EstClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
OR
CIC-QUE-Pre-Landing@cic.gc.ca

When you emailed CIC-QUE-Pre-Landing@cic.gc.ca, did you give any reasons why you want the card early or did you just inquire about the status? I believe they replied to you and asked your name and UCI number, right?

Yes, that's correct.

This email worked for me. I even did not send any proofs. My card got approved same day.

I just want to know what should I write them. I believe you also sent your CoPR/Photo to the Montreal office

Folks, Just wanted provide update on my wife's first PR card application sent to Montreal office. Today we finally received the card. Here are the timelines:
- COPR - 23 April 2021
- Application for First PR card sent to Montreal office - 24 April 2021
- Reached Montreal office 28 April 2021
- Received First PR card 1 Nov 2021 (Total time taken : 6 months and 5 days)

Was never able to link the application to her GcKey account, so never knew what was happening on her file
Contacted local MP (Pointe-Claire) 2.5 months back and they followed up with the IRCC office 1 a month.
- The first time they contacted, the update was that the file is in progress.
- Second update on 23 August the update was that her Photo submission is finalized & waiting on final decision
- Third update on 25 Oct - Card has been sent to production
- Today received the card.

This group has helped a lot in providing some time estimations and I thank everyone for that. I wish everyone good luck and success who are still waiting. I am sure you will get it soon.

Update my card timeline:
Aug 20hotos were sent to Montreal Office
Oct 11:sent email ask card status
Oct 15:received reply provide uci and name
Oct 16:GU
Oct 27:approved and mailed
Nov 1:received card

I sent my photos to Montreal office on August 21st, got a 1st ghost update on Sept 27th, and then another ghost update today. Still waiting....

Anyone who have not received pr card and has waited beyond processing time. Send email on the following id with your proofs that why you need it early or urgentpy. You will receive approval in 1 week for sure.

Is this for online applications too? Who have a GC key and based out of Ontario.

OK. When you sent that email, did they reply anything to you? did they ask you anything in the email - like your UCI or if you are physically in Canada, etc.?
Did you also send your CoPR with the email?
