Question? When applying for GCMS note is it ok to say you're facing deportation and would like to know the status of your application etc?

Or that one has a deferral that will be ending soon?

Hi friends, when we apply for GCMS notes, do we have to indicate that we are member of the public for this question : (*Select the category that best describes you.) or decline to identify ?
for this qustion : ( What type of information are you requesting? ) should i select privacy act or access to information act ?
in this question (*Which type of records do you wish to request? ) should i choice immigration record or IRCC gouverning corporate documents ?
They ask also ( *Which specific information are you looking for? ) should i select status updates of file/reason for refusal/officer's electronic notes or the second one, the application/supporting documents and correspondences sent to or from ircc ?
should i send also a message or its not obligatory and should i join any documents ?
