I mean they jumped tons of december tho... i still have no news from IRCC whilst several ppl in december got AR.

I'm March 2021 too but yea I'm somewhat excited but there is the reality of getting skipped over. Just gotta watch my phone for that email alert. IRCC is unpredictable at this point.

Yeah, that's what I am doing also. Just waiting for email from my representative cuz they are the one getting email....IRCC also need to organize more about their work -_-

I feel like they want to give AORs faster, so then they can process eCorps. I think its due to new BOWP.

So once they give aor you can apply to BOWP. Which means you can legally be in canada while they process your PR application. BOWP was not available in Quebec before. They added it recently. And it will be given for 2 years.

Thank you so much for that comment! I have a friend waiting for the AOR and the whole process of PR, but being in Quebec she was going to start the whole LMIA work permit because she needs more time... This is excellent news for Quebec applicants! I was lucky to extend mine with the Covid public policy... but some weren't in the time frame!

• Our target: meet the standard for at least 80% of applications submitted
• Our performance in 2019-2020: 2% of applications were processed within the standard

we can surely see some improvement with Quebec processing.. They just worked only 2%.....

We have very similar backgrounds and timelines.
(Computer Eng Bach. and Software Eng MS., applied for CSQ at the end of 2014, also got federal level AoR in April 2019. Both outlands.)
I hope they've started to process outlands at the end. My file is waiting in the local visa office from July 2021.
