not sure how they are picking Feb2021 while most of us from 2020 are still waiting.....:-( .
If they are picking inlands , then what is the need of sending inlands a Pre-arrival letter? Does pre-arrival letter indicates completion any step in our process?

Congrats, I was looking at the PR Card application form, they ask AGAIN for Work, Education and Travel history?? Why?? Is it just a matter of copy and paste from your PR application and just providing an updated timeline of what you are doing currently?

No, you just have to upload your photos on the PR portal and confirm that you are in Canada.

There are people from early 2020 that are still waiting. It is not only January 2021

Yea they are skipping over certain people, which is stupid. But they still go month to month in order, but they just skipped a month worth of people to get to February. Perhaps February 2021 has many more applicants than January 2021 and they are trying to fill the quota for this year.
