Within a month normally!

Under my tracker, it's say In progress on language, background check, physical presence usually do they update from In progress to completed all at once or as and when they finished?

I tried calling this number, they wouldn't connect me to an agent saying that nobody is available as suggested that I update contact details (phone, email etc) using a weblink. Do you have any idea which link is that?

Try calling at different times of the day and you will eventually get connected.

I didn't submit a copy of my entire passport when I sent my application (in process on ECAS). Should I wait for them to request it by email or should I just submit it using the webform? Also, do they ask for it before or after the test?

Recently they started to ask for it with the test invite.
So wait until they ask you about it.

Thanks for your reply! I will get it translated (the stamps or whatever) and have a scanned copy of it to submit when they request it.

Hi,
My access to Google Sheets for both 2020 and 2021 citizenship applicants has been denied since a week ago. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?
It says "you need access" and when I click on "request access" it says "couldn't send request". I tried this multiple time in the past few days, and everytime I get the same response. I had no problem visiting the both sheets in the past. I am not sure why this is happening!

Just noticed on ecas that my application is now "In Process" since November 1st !
Application was received June 14, AOR Sep 17.

The AOR date will remain the same but the page is updated daily regardless they are workinh on file or not .if you check today it will shows 27th October

There's only one date visible on profile. No date on footer of tracker page.

Yes yesterday there were 2 lines, today there are 3:

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on June 23, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on October 28, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on October 27, 2021.

BUT STILL NO EMAIL - I tried calling them but they didn't connect me with an agent and asked to use weblink form :/

Do they actually ship a book for us to prepare for the exam????
