I think it was Immigration division but to be honest I cannot remember now! Just wanted to show you that there are a lot of decision-makers there and she is probably gone too. So don't worry about that person. She probably retired or got promotion. Good luck with your application! Each case is different.

This is my second application. Best interest of children. Establishment. Been in Canada for 9years. I have 4 children born Canadian.

Yes he can, but H&C doesnt give status, so he can be removed before the 12 months. Better to fill de Jr and HC at same period.

He is from one of the country that Canada won't have deported him
Is it possible fill out both of them while he hasn't any exemption to pass out this 12 months?
