If you're talking about Sept 2020 applicants, I don't believe there are any that received the invite. But others - June 2020 and earlier - there are applicants from Montreal who received invites for October and November. I'm part of Montreal Citizenship Applicants group in Facebook, so the info is from there.

Mine is a family application.
My 'decision made' was done on 29th June.
My 14yr old son's application status was last updated on the same date (29th June). On that day, his "prohibitions" was updated as Complete, but the overall application status is still 'In Progress".
Interestingly, my wife's application was last updated on 14th June, when her CT was updated as completed. But her overall application status is also still "In Progress". Her CT and BG Verification are completed. But language skills, physical presence and prohibitions are still "In Progress".
Is it normal to keep dependents' applications "In Progress" till Oath Ceremony is scheduled/completed, considering my application is already Decision Made?
Or, do you guys think there is some issue with my wife's app? Although if there was anything wrong don't you think I would have received some communication by now (it has been 4 months since the last update)?

Just received my certificate -- I asked to send it asap as I will be travelling in November. Oath on Saturday, and the certificate is already here. Wow!
Now, the passport. I hope it will be quick s well.
