No She said we are not supposed to give any particular processing time and when I mentioned that many of my friends got their COPR in 3-4 weeks after submitting their PCC. She said let’s talk about your application we doesn’t need to talk about your friends application.

I didn't get an AOR, and I'm not able to link my application.
Is that normal? I'm really frustrated.
