Ik what you said.you said 99% haven't received aor but they have almost given aor to everyone in first two hours. Which was 15 percent of total, so need to be negative and say only 1 Percent got the aor.

I just got the request letter for pcc but i am not eligible for pcc as i left the country before i turned 18. What should i do?
