Aug 20, Friday late evening received an email for credentials

Try to send documents that have your (sponsor's) name and mother's name together.

The marriage certificate has all the detail with picture of my parents together. Along with that my mother's passport has my father's name as spouse and my father's passport has my mother's name as his spouse.
Now they want Voter ID and Aaadhar Card to prove the relationship.

I am sponsoring my parents and they have received biometric request but appointments are not available in next month. How to get an appointment in Delhi, Jalandhar or Chandigarh?

Biometrics done today Aug 24th, 2021. Parents are living in Canada already.
I have a question if anyone can answer please. Parents are here on super visa and visa is expiring on Oct 3rd, 2021. Should I apply for Visitor extension as Biometrics are done?

That's better idea as no-one should be traveling in these conditions. You can easily get a visa extension; I did the same as well.

Hello guys, today I just receive another AOR telling me that my mum's application is received at Singapore Office. And thats all!

I saw an update DM1 in my ecas last month, July 09. But more than one month, I did not receive anything, no SA letter, No Bio request, nor medical request, non any other update whatsoever.
Now I receive this AOR? is it SA letter that we was talking about? is that normal? and what I should expect for the next coming?

Hello All,
I received Medicals for my parents on 31 May 2021, however I missed the notification and the 30 deadline. I checked the status of the application and it says "In Process".
I have sent a inquiry asking for extension for the medicals, please let me know if I can hope for a extension for the medicals ?

Passport request received on Aug04 and fill in the we form on Aug05
There was no response then we refilled last week and still waiting for 5 days there is no response from them
Kindly advise as we have few days left for the deadline to submit the passport

I also submitted webform on Aug 20(friday)
We received payment link for mom yesterday (Aug 23) and paid for it then received AWB no. For mom only . Still waiting payment link for dad who is principal applicant. I have sent few emails to them on all email id’s. Tried to call them but phone was switched off.
