I've been following this thread since submitting my application in November 2020 - it's been super helpful!
I just passed my citizenship test this morning (woo!) so I thought I'd share my timeline here so it can be added to the spreadsheet.

I'm curious, due to everything moving online, is there no longer a required interview? Do I now just wait for a decision to be made/oath letter to be sent?
You have to sign and give your thumb impression on an rcmp form that says you are authorizing rcmp to give your fp to ircc for the sake of citizenship application. Its a consent form. RCMP or fp agency will have u sign that form when you go for fingerprinting. Hope it helps.

I completed the test on July 26th and still see the test status not updated. In fact, my test window expired on August 15th and now my status shows in progress. As mentioned in my previous post - it is normal I believe. If there are issues with your test or if something additional is needed from our end....we will receive an email - or that's what I was told by the IRCC agent whom I called. Lack of online status update doesn't mean that you have issues.
I am not sure if there are strict guidelines around when case officers are expected to provide status updates through the new portal. Some officers do the checks and provide updates within a couple of days, whereas some don't. Talking to the IRCC agent, this is the message I get, but again this is IRCC and all conclusions / guess we make are in no way valid.
