My question is after someone receives COPR but still waiting for PR Card, can you submit sponsor application for your spouse by submitting COPR as supporting documents instead of PR Card as stated on the checklist for sponsor application for spouse that is already inside canada as visitor.

Yes..CoRP is an official document, the card is just there for everyday use so go ahead..

There's no specific timeline for waiting, I have been waiting for 6weeks after my Medical and we have people who have been waiting for Months on this platform. May God help us all.
