Could another pathway for health care workers be coming ?

Very unlikely for failed asylum seekers. There will certainly be more economic pathways for healthcare workers to immigrate from their home country or while having status in Canada. Many have not been approved in the past special pathway program. They will be counted in the numbers for 2022 and maybe 2023 depending on how long it takes to process.

I had applied since last August. Got CSQ in November but no news after that.
i was working during pandamic. When there was hardly any staff wanted to work .

Getting PR is a long process especially in Quebec.

I was working under the same process.got csq in November but file on hold . No one told me whenever i was calling, their answer was it’s in process and my documents were complete.
After long wait of another year i reached MP than found out what was wrong in my application.

Anyone can suggest? My refugee was rejected . And i applied through express pathway to permanent residency. During the COVID. I got my csq .
as i am not under refugee anymore can i request my seized passport back !!

No , but i am on applied status for express pathway to permanent residency. I have csq and background is in process. I am not on Refugee status anymore.and spoke to immigration agent about it and he suggested to request the passport back from the office. In Montreal . Building 1010

I don't think it's possible to request your passport back until you have PR.

Applying for EE does not give you implied status. CSQ doesn't give you implied status either. If you have a failed refugee claim, you would continue to be out of status until PR is approved

I don't think it's possible to request your passport back until you have PR.

And i didn’t apply for appeal . I applied in another category. I am getting common law sponsorship as well. It’s been more than one year we are living together.

Only once you have PR. Processing takes 8-10 months from the time you apply.
