my tracker says Background verification completed today after submitting the Fingerprints last month.


How long you guys waited for the test invite , after verification completed?

Wow, did you order the notes that people on the forum talk about? I wonder what the hold up is.... Life is literally on hold!

From what II know - ordering the notes does nothing to prompt a speed up in the process. I am just so sick of this now!!!

I heard from the IRCC agent on call that actually ordering notes puts your file on hold as the officers have to retrieve your file, redact information and then send a copy to the applicant which puts your file back at the bottom of the queue.

Seriously... IRCC can not even hire telephone agents who can answer consistently.

Don't think this is true, a separate division in IRCC takes care of the note.

At IRCC, the ATIP Division within the Corporate Management Sector is responsible for handling ATIP requests in collaboration with the departmental branches where records and information are managed and stored.

The ATIP Division is structured into three units:
The Operations unit is responsible for carrying out administrative functions as well as processing and reviewing of the majority of ATIP requests for client case files.
The Complex and Sensitive Issues (CSI) unit is responsible for processing more complex, corporate files and managing complaints and investigations with the OIC and OPC.
The Privacy, Policy and Governance (PPG) unit is responsible for developing policies, providing guidance, delivering training to internal stakeholders, managing privacy breaches and complaints from the OPC concerning departmental privacy practices.

This is some absolute BS IMO. Whoever told you this probably doesn't know what he or she is talking about, again, IMO. Ordering ATIP notes DOESN'T put your application on hold.

Do you think Immigration will send request in the middle of process for photocopy of all pages of passport. Can I send it now in advance. Iam confuse, any advices?

They might but that's not because of the requirements change. So many applicants have been recently getting passport pages request but there are several applicants who go straight to DM after test.

You only have to provide passport pages IF you are asked.

It wasn't required back then. I would wait for them to request the scanned pages

I know the feeling. I meant just to see what's going on. If there is a hold up of some kind.

What is the wait time for the citizenship ceremony? Citizenship test status updated to complete on July 09. It has been more than one month I have not heard anything back about the citizenship ceremony.

Is anyone else in the same boat?
