I have sent my Citizenship Application on October 28, 2020 to Regular Mail Address by Canada Post. I have not yet received Application of Receipt from IRCC. I tried reaching out to IRCC through WebMail and Phone however they are still unable to see my application updated in their system. Has anyone in this forum faced similar issue?
This is super weird. Its 10 months now and if they still don't see your application on the system, then something is wrong. Did you get a delivery confirmation from the courier when your application was delivered to IRCC? It might have got lost in transit.

Did background check ever turn to complete? if not your background check is not yet complete. Possibly fingerprint is coming or not received yet.
You need to provide full timeline before asking others to suggest.

Test Request on July 08,
Test done on 10th July
Test status changed to completed on 14th July.
However, all others are still show "in-progress". I did confirmed with IRCC once (around in April), they received FP report and it was cleared in their record.

I heard that it might be pending from csis side or officer is not reviewed your criminality report yet.
In july officer should have but seems didnt.
Try to get gcms notes and see any clue can be traced.

I did request after FP, and it stated it was received and cleared Criminal record. "No record found" passed. Nothing else any thing important therein...just routine texts.
There isn't a standard timeline. Expect it'll take something like 3 - 5 months from test validation to oath to avoid disappointment. It could happen sooner though.
I'm so concerned about my boys application. AOR was 27 Jan and now everything is IP. Does IP mean all the documents were received and there won't be any return? Anyone knows?
