if passport was sized by CBSA - he has to go to CBSA with PR card and explanation hy he needs it (a very simple explanation is fine. Passport is his property, they cannot refuse to return it). If passport was taken by ircc office - he has to go there. But some office temporary stopped returning passports due to covid (e.g. Etobicoke) so better to contact the office first. if its Etobicoke - no way to get it back faster..they said at least until August they're not gonna resume issuing the id's

After getting my PR card, I am going to start a business. I am going to start an office for refugees seeking consulations on asylum and pr application and immigration related matters. After 5 years now, I have become fully knowledgable about every step. Who would like to join me? Just kidding but I am frustrated, guys! I hate weekends because they do not work on weekends.

Hahahahahaha...... I can imagine. You will make good money from this your business and at same time, have too many clients. Anyways, They work weekends. My former neighbour got a call from them last Saturday and Sunday and they responded to her that same day. They work.

Telling them that I’ve sent my In-Canada declaration plus mailing address & recent photo 10 days ago but I didn’t receive any update from them

Aiming to get their attention to my application, if it works well and I got any positive results or eCOPR I’ll update you here right away

Let’s hope we all are done with this waiting very soon

I have not been able to link my oversea dependent spouse to MyCIC account and her biometrics did not come through the account. It rather went directly to her email. For easy access, is it IRCC that will update it by themselves or I should open a separate account for her with her UCI number that was sent along her biometrics letter? Please I need response from those who have gone through.

Me too! I think they are busy with something else. Hopefully this week. Someone posted here that he got his card and his address and photo were not approved, still in review. I am frustrated and disappointed. They donot care about us at all. We are neglected and ignored.

Yes it gets delayed by 6 months but since covid started its been longer. When did u apply?

I applied in feb 2020.. all of my assessments are done but my husband's stuff is still under process. He is still is canada.

Within 3 days, I got eligibility letter, Pre-service letter, Oversea spouse Biometrics letter, first email portal registration, second letter for Passport upload. Yet, no update of Decision Made on MyCIC account. Everything is still under processing. IRCC is so unpredictable and annoying.
