Out of curiosity why some people received temporary number starting with XEP but others got temporary numbers starting with EP ??

Hello there. For the skilled worker program, what is the current wait time for Quebec once you complete medical exam (outside of country). Also anyone know the wait time after biometrics these days?

I had a deep hope that I would get AOR this month and the PR by the end of the year. But I don't think so any more, we are in vacation period too...
