no, will these work? i only sent the reply over and over again. should I send webforms or make a call? what did you do to get the copr?

I didn't do anything. I think they read and process the emails from the oldest to the newest (otherwise the old emails won't be processed at all as there are always new emails) and maybe because you replied on your email over and over it always comes as a new email and basically you lose your turn. I am not sure about this theory but it makes sense to me. I think yes if you send a webform it could be helpful.
