I searched this forum and found similar posts with group name section discussed but with different names and numbers than mine, for instance group name with Covid pace etc., from those posts it seems they assign applications to specific groups and process them accordingly.
I think that we haven't heard for AOR for a while, should we start thinking that 2021 quotas are already filled??
I hope not...

Why? April is getting AOR.
I hadn't heard for a while, that's why.
Maybe I am mistaken, I hope so.

April, May 2020 are getting it but my assumption is that it may go max upto August 2020 this year.

May 2020 and waiting. Couple of other friends from May too and they all waiting.
last time I saw on that Facebook group someone from May received AOR. But there are people from April and even February who are waiting for AOR. Others from April are already receiving IVMs etc. don’t understand how the process works. If they stop sending AORs, most probably it would be due to Quota limit.

There isn't any order to this chaos as I have said previously. No FIFO is followed. Everything is random. Some people say essentials are issued AOR in priority but I doubt that also.

can a person in quebec on
1. Closed Work Permit and
2. Got CSQ and applied for IRCC and awaiting for AOR
can change employer ?
if yes, then how it will affect his PR application , do we need to apply for new CSQ ?
Also does the new employment has to be exactly same as NOC as used while getting the first CSQ.

You can, there is no impact on your PR application
You only have to ask for a new closed work permit with A75
NOC can be different
