thanks, i assumed my LVO to be ottawa so the portal emails are sent at a different speed. Maybe because they approved so many applications?
@mstefan do you think your LVO could be ottawa as well and your friend received the portal from which office?

It was Calgary I guess.I didnt order any notes or called them in 4 months.In the Portal email there address was given it was calgary

PR Portal email signifies your application is approved. They ask you few questions like Port of entry, date of entry in canada and you can reply them.

After few days to weeks(dont know exact time), you will get some pr portal link with creds. Login and confirm your details, upload your pic for PR card and submit.

After that again wait(no timeline although we see it happens in week time), you get COPR which is confirmation of PR.

Physical PR card arrives later.

I hope this clarifies.

hii I wants to ask when you replied them with the information they asked for like UCI, date of entry after replying them did you got their email regarding portal Login Id and password.

When was the last time you got a status update ? Call to IRCC or GCMS ? Is there anyone else here with AOR in the first/second week of february stuck at VO CPC Ottawa ?

Mine is also got stuck there. AOR Feb 7. Everything is passed but security not started yet.

Same AoR 7th Feb., security not started as per call last week. No Gcms notes received 32 days now. Last and only GU was on March 17.
