Still nothing… I have a friend who waited 3 weeks for his portal email. Hope I will get a little more luck than him 
1 Info I want to add for people with dependents, When I got PR Portal credentials email, I logged in and see only my name. Dependents were not displayed. I was muddled. I waited for 30 mins and logged in multiple times, after that I saw my dependents.
We need to submit our application first with photo/address and then dependents. Hope this help our friends with dependents.

I have been waiting since all approved (6/18)No
I got email at 03:22 PM EDT with pr portal credentials email, I filled and uploaded in portal at 04:00 PM EDT.
Wow happy Canada Day for you. We get ours soon
