Wow, I thought that very day you will know if you win or not. Sorry I never got any hearing date till this pathway came. But I usually think that you will know the outcome that same day.

Some give immediate verdicts but the Judge in my case didn't give his judgement immediately. I congratulate you on this pathway, you are blessed not have had an hearing before this pathway, we that have been through several stages of our refugee claim indeed have a story to tell, but we bless God for this pathway.

Let me give you this hint.
After you did your medicals,you were given a confirmation paper that has a passport image of you at the middle top.Scan and email that paper to the email address you were told to send other documents like Police certificate and passport data page when you got your AIP.
In the email,put in your UCI number and Application number as the subject.
Attach the document.As soon as they get the copy,they start processing your application pending when they get your medical results.

Good day everyone,, how can someone know if application for withdrawal claim has been received by RPD through FAX apart from success confirmation through the fax machine. Can anyone that withdraw his or her claim through fax share their experience or any number to call to verify of the documents are received.. Thanks .

I think you can also do a follow up call to confirm from them if they receive it.
I dont have their phone number though.
