It will just drop into your email like a dream come true.

I’m not yet at this stage but seems with 1-2 days. See below timelines of a member who got COPR recently.

I am pleased to report that I got my Copr. I never even read the complete mail until much later. All I saw first was "we are pleased to inform you that you are now a permanent resident"... My joy knows no bound.

AOR Jan 14th
Aip Feb 15th
Medicals April end
Letter to withdraw refugee 8th june
Notice of withdrawal faxed to RBD 9th june
Refugee withdrawn 10th june
Confirmation of withdrawal was mailed and recieved 14th June and forwarded to IRCC same day.
Copr 17th June.

The question was how long does it take to get confirmation of withdrawal after the letter is faxed. I’ve based my answer to him/her based on the timeline shared by a recent PR

Hi, once you submit it should take btw 1-2 days max but you can call the office next day you submit and your confirmation is mailed out which will take like 3-4days to get it in the mail or it can be faxed to you if your lawyer has a fax number which you get immediately and submit to IRCC and within 2-3 days you get your COPR.

For people that has a pending refugee claim. How long did it take to receive your AIP after you received a notification letter from Refugee Board that they have put your claim on hold because IRCC informed them that you applied for this pathway.

I don't think there is a specific timeline, I believe it depends on the officer handling your application, using me as an example, I have a pending refugee claim, actually I went to Federal Appeal on April 19th, 2021, I have not heard anything about it yet.
On this pathway, I have gotten my AIP, I have done my Medicals, but I have not gotten a mail from IRCC to withdraw my refugee claim yet .

Wow, I thought that very day you will know if you win or not. Sorry I never got any hearing date till this pathway came. But I usually think that you will know the outcome that same day.
