Hey, Have you uploaded your PCC. I am trying to upload and it is asking me to fill the Document Number - is it the File Number mentioned in the BLS-PCC Document or is it our Passport? Because the next section it ask for the Issuance and expiry while there is no expiry in the document, right?

I am about to apply as an Health Care worker. My family and I completed medical when we applied for study and work permits. As per the information below I am thinking we don't need to get new medicals done for now unless requested. Any one submitted their application with old medical information ???
