Yes. Many people got PR or at least portal confirmation now. My application had been delayed for 31 days because of the medical exam. It sucks that submitted everything upfront so perfect and that immigration doctor ruined the whole process. Eligibility and background checks only come after medical passed.
Especially when I already had biometric and medical exam when applied for study permit
That's what's happening with me too I guess. I did my upfront medical a week before may 6th and submitted my application at 12.14. Still haven't heard anything. Called the doctor, they said that they send results to ircc whenever they are available but there isn't a way for me to check the status of the medical.

Guys I was able to link my application. It was not done with UCI or passport details. It was done by selecting FAMILY NAME, GIVEN NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH.
Try all options, not just UCI and passport
You are lucky :) .
What stream and time you submitted ?

So what did you use in place of passport or place of birth and then what did you put in location? Did you put it exactly as it is in the imm0008 form?

What I did was I went to another medical clinic has immigration exam services in June and asked them check my UMI number. Not too surprise, they told that immigration physician had submitted only 1 out of 4 tests, that's why IRCC account remained the same status, such a waste of time.

On the top of your application page there will be typed view uploaded documents. Click on that you will see a slot for uploading pcc or medical
Hi Sam,
They ask for the Document Number and Expiry Date for uploading PCC.
What information we should fill in there?

Yeah it did. I filled everything that was in pcc and if the expire date is not given its 6 months of issue and pcc number should be given
