By the way is there any size limitation of what you can attach to the email in terms of size of the scanned files?

we have attached current and old passports , US travel history (i94) records. size came around 20 mb . Gmail has a size limit of 25 mb.

I have received 2 emails. One was received yesterday for booking test. second received today for interview and asked me my five year of passport scanned and send to officer. Just want to confirm if this is regular process or something fishy since they asked for passport documents ?

All pages of passport is a staple request when it comes to interviews for citizenship grant applications.

However, it is unusual that you've received both the test and the interview email together. Interview invite is usually sent after you complete the test.

But go ahead and submit the documents they are requesting for.

Wasn't it mentioned in the email that the attachments should be under 5MB? Some applicants have reported that the IRCC can't receive emails if the attachment size is over 5 mb and it was mentioned in the emails they received.

Did you submit in May 2021 or May 2020?Your timeline is confusing.

FYI, some Jan 2021 applicants have completed their test in May.
