Etobicoke VO?

I received the PR confirmation portal request from the Etobicoke VO. Also the eCOPR was issued by them.
Now, I am not sure at which VO my PR card application is pending. Must be Etobicoke.

It depends, there are people in this forum who waited for 3 weeks and at the same time there are folks who got it on the same day. I got it on the next day.
The average wait time is 2 to 14 days. But don’t worry, your application has passed all the stages. You are about to receive the confirmation.

How we know about VO?

For the PR confirmation Portal , it is mentioned in the email and the PDF attached to it. For rest of the cases, to know your VO, you need to call IRCC or order a GCMS note.

I only wrote OPTION A in the first line in the email and then info for my wife and me. In the first email I explained the option in my own words, for example "I would like me and my wife to have only one account". I assume sending the second email worked because I got the login info within two hours.

Did you add you personal email address as well?

As many days as IRCC feels like taking. Some people had to wait 2 weeks while others waited 2 hours.

I received the email yesterday 6:20 am PT and I replied at 6:40 am PT, but nothing yet.

Did you add your personal email address first? o just the option A/B and then the personal details?

u know what time of the day we receive email in most cases ?

I am not sure of their operating hours, but I assume it’s 9 AM to 5 PM VO’s time with a 1-hour lunch break at noon. My VO is Ottawa so after 5 PM Ottawa time, I just expect any updates to come the next day, or within the upcoming month, to be more realistic.

Don’t hold your breath.

me too i did not mention my personal id. i just wrote my id in email section
