Had a couple questions for people here:
1. On my ECAS tracker, my application has stopped updating after 'In Process' although I passed the online citizenship test and have my test interview tomorrow. Is this normal?
2. Does the 'Decision Made' step get posted to ECAS or do you get an email?
3. What is the expected wait time for the oath letter and oath ceremony after the decision is made?

My husband has the same thing happen. He passed the Citizenship test April 22 and the tracking system has not updated that he completed his test. It still says in progress. There has been no update on his file since April 23.

Completed my citizenship interview today, officer told me informally that I am approved and should expect the ceremony invite in around 2 months. After the ceremony, how long does it take to collect the passport?

Completed my citizenship interview today, officer told me informally that I am approved and should expect the ceremony invite in around 2 months. After the ceremony, how long does it take to collect the passport?

Getting passport is a different process. After the oath ceremony, you'll have to wait for your citizenship certificate. Once you receive it, you'll have to apply to Passport Canada with an application and fees to get your passport. The current mail-in timelines seem to range between 15 - 25 business days for passport.

The 10-15 business day timeline is for getting the citizenship certificate or the passport?

You can apply for emergency passport hence its just 2 days i think. Surely many posted on getting it done hence its easier.

I was in the US, I came to Canada just for the interview. Probably going to go back to the US for 2 months and then will come back for the oath.

I got fingerprint in Oct and submitted fingerprints in Dec as I was out of country when I got fingerprint request. In January background verification check got completed and no update after that. I see lot of people here getting test invites. My file is in Vancouver office
