Yup, I did that too for my Co-op Work permit and got it approved in no issues whatsoever in normal processing times.

I believe those who are able to link their application have passed the completeness check that's why. Not everyone can link their application at this point until you pass the completeness check.

Click on that, then find using, UCI and family name, use passport details instead of place of birth.

When i was filling my account details in top i filled verm instead of verma it was a typo but my forms were okay so do i search verma or verm in gc keys i submit 12:12 EST 6 may
