I have friend who submitted his application on the 26th of April 2021
Application received on the 27th of April 2021 and he received AOR today.

That was very fast. many people received AOR after One month

Wao....very fast, I got my AOR 6weeks after application. May be the person is already in H$C in his/her refugee claim.

Last year he explained to me how the judicial review works and I agreed to pay him $5000 over all, 2500 for the first stage 2500 for the second. You're right he's saying it's time to proceed to the second stage and time for me to pay up but I was hoping we won't go to the second stage because I've a higher chance of getting my PR through this pathway. Imagine I pay him today to proceed and tomorrow I get a letter saying I've to withdraw my judicial review... that would be $2500 down the drain lol

I think you can get your employment contract from the 3places you worked and attach your paystubs as well.

What if someone is working as a contractor (not on payroll) and is issued T4As not T4s. Will work experience count??? is he eligible to apply ?

As long as you can provide a pay stubs and a letter of reference from your employer

I make follow up on my application through email if all my documents are received because I submitted my PCC late b but I got this response today:

Thank you for your e-mail. Your file has been forwarded to an officer for final review.

If the officer determines that all requirements are met, we will be in contact with you regarding your next steps..


Does anyone that recently got their CORP or letter to withdraw their Refuge claim receive this kind of this email before.
