I take the test online on 6 May and they updated as passed on 7 May . My wife take the test on 9 May but still showing waiting on her profile

So it better to call CIC or raise Webform

Hi everyone, back in January I received a letter from my local CIC office asking for fingerprints for clearance. I quickly went to VPD to take care of it. However, I never received an acknowledgement and the last comment on my client application status still shows "We sent you correspondence on January 18, 2021. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."
Is this normal, or does anyone know if I should have heard back some confirmation they were received?
