Congrats. We have almost the same timeline. Aor Nov 16, In Process January 20 2021, I called Ircc just this morning and he told me my application is Test Ready status. All background and criminal check are done. Hope to get the test soon.

Yes. but they won't give you timeframe about the test. but atleast you have an idea if they are done with your background criminal check. also you can ask them if which office is processing your application.
I received FP request on March 8th. I did it on the next day at a FP agency in Vancouver. I'm looking for a way to verify the status and the agency suggested that I should contact RCMP at CCRTIS-SCICTR@rcmp-grc.gc.ca. Today I just received a reply from this email that the record check has been completed and sent out on March 30th to Sydney office.

Yes, you need a piece of ID and camera on the device. When you are invited and ready, you will be able to sign in to test page. Then they email link to the test instantly. You need to take a photo of ID and your face to submit. You won't be able to use phone, ipad, and surface pro to take test but any other tablets are fine as far as I understood.
