Mine is "certificate issued"!

If you did not receive an email from them then " information requested" means they have emailed your current or former employer to verify your job reference. Also, they are close to issuing you a certificate so the earlier your employer(s) reply to their emails the earlier you get the certificate.

There are no points in the new portal.... they select you from the EE pool based on your points
