I'm asking because I don't know if there are nominants living in the other provinces with EE-FSW and what is the difference of it with "outland" to AB.

Earlier they were considering only individuals living and working in Alberta, but now they are open for all, whether in Canada or outside Canada.

I created EE profile on Feb 20 & updated it on Mar 17, there is no any invitation yet in my profile. I am eager to know how we can know the latest draw as the update on Alberta.ca is so late.

The latest draw was on March 2rd. However, they seem to make the draw twice a month this year.
