Thank you for all the help! Much appreciated! What is the next step now that application is In Progress? When approximately we should expect a test invitation?
We should either expect a test invitation or, if it's a non-routine process we'd get a request for additional documents at this point.
As for when we can expect a test invitation - It's anyone's guess at this point, but the outlook is not good for now. For example, from the sheet, here's a number of people who received a test invite:
Those December numbers are what they are because it accounts for the fact that the Online Pilot folks run through a shorter processing ring so they got to the testing step earlier than all the paper based applications. The other 1% and 2%'s for the other months are likely Urgent Applications. Frankly - the numbers are abysmal, but all we can do is wait to see how the situation pans out because we're getting to a point where their own processes are conflicting with their rate of processing (i.e. security validity for documents being submitted are expiring before the application processing can conclude, for example), so something will have to give in their process and soon.

Hi Guys. Is there anyone did not get AOR e-mail/letter or a returned application. I applied on November, did not get AOR or my application. I checked ECAS as well, called IRCC. No thing and no one able to find it at the system. Canada Post captured the sigature that IRCC received it, Is there anyone in similar situation?.. do I should consider re-apply again??,

I think you and user @Bbbjjjhhh are in the same situation (though they had an additional twist where they were seemingly able to see their record via eCAS, but that also stopped.
I'd recommend trying to apply for GCMS notes to learn conclusively if there is a file for your application in their system (even temporary) and if so, what is the status before planning to re-apply.

I am in same situation for my PR card renewal application . where USP has delivered my application and signed by HOSS at CIC office . But when I contacted CIC the customer service agent informed me that they do not have my application in system and advised me to send a new application .
Pretty disappointing that I got this information after four months !
Hope that will help .
