I wish I had waited a couple of weeks and applied online. Just checked the December 2020 online applicants thread and it would seem that about 11% already received their test invite within two weeks of getting AOR.

Hi, Just to share my Ecas status shows it moved to In Process. and it says they started processing my file on March 15, 2021. Happy to see that change and hopefully soon a test invite! *fingers crossed*
Also as a side note with the earlier mentioned issue of my mailing address being incorrect. Ecas now only shows my current home address and the section that used to have a mailing address is now non-exitent! Seems changes occurring just slower than we might have the patience for or at least me at any rate. Lol.
At what stage they do the background check? Before the application status is in process or during?

I'm kind of worried. Its been exactly 5 weeks today.. since my AOR, (Feb 15) and my application is still not In-Process stage. My friend had gotten her AOR to IP in 5 weeks. Just wondering... how much more delays can I expect? any ideas?
@mehtab007 no reason too worry, AOR to IP could be up to 45+ days...
This "in-process" doesn't really mean shit, since our applications will be collecting dust for another 12-24 months before they gonna actually look into them...
