Everyone from August 18 is suffering. I think they stopped working today on paper based application as lot of people status changed online from in process to application received.

Apparently, no one knows exactly what's going on IRCC indoors but certainly, something is cooking. My file changed a few days ago in Ecas from IP to APR.. The question remains, Is this good or bad for us? They will be speeding up the processing or sadly we will experience longer delays in our files?.

In Ecase when you check your application status for my file before was on "In Process" (IP) and now says: "Application Received".

Yes you can get open work permit if your pr is still processing. You are eligible to apply for Bridging open work permit unless you have nomination restrictions on your employment.

Does it mean i wont' be available to apply for BOWP if I nominated with PNP ?? How should I extend my work permit again in this case?

If you have pnp nomination and there is no restrictions on your nomination and you have pr application number which is your AOR you can apply for open work permit. If there is restrictions on your employment and you haven’t received application number yet , your other option is for closed work permit.

Look on your nomination certificate which you got from pnp . It should say there nomination restrictions.

Yes you can apply for BOWP with help of your application number which is your AOR. Make sure you apply before your work permit is expired as this will give you implied status and you can keep working.

Don't know. I only found my update on ECAS. IRCC received my application on Sept 9th 2020. That is all.
I was trying to link my paper based application to my IRCC account. But it failed.
Is anyone also AR on Sept 2020?

Are you able to see on ECAs? How ? What does it shows there ?
