OK, in case that happens for real.
What you really need is
1- Mail nomination officer and ask for an extension of your nomination certificate (nomination last within 6months i believe, so if you have AOR and linked your profile, i believe it's expired already)
2- Validate all your form again up-to-date
3- Print and sign everywhere that they need you to sign. Don't sign in pdf reader or use digital signature
4- PCC and Police check again (painful)
pack all the stuff, send them again and wait for another 7 months

alright, i don't know anything about your application
Are you PNP applicant? Were you nominated in any provincial? Whoever issued you a nomination certificate is called nomination officer so, ask / email that guy, let them know you need an extension for your nomination because you need to submit a new application.

Dude, seriously? No one even knows who nominated you. We do not even know if you got nominated at all. Sorry but spoon feeding cannot be done without details and especially when you have no time to update your signature with atleast the basic details.

Not necessarily. Scroll back 1-5 pages and someone posted a link to the discussion forum. Most of these candidates received emails from some other office. Call IRCC on Monday to confirm what happened.

They will all get COPR soon. Same thing happening for Express Entry. Except Q1Q2 2020 AoRs, all files are moving at lighting speed. Reason is I think IRCC does not want to show the scene as if they are processing Jan 2020 applications. They want to keep processing times below 6 months. So, I guess they are ignoring old applications indefinitely and concentrating on keeping the "most processed" applications within the 6-8 months time-frame to keep the ministry happy. Bad luck to Q1 Q2 2020 folks. Sad and unfair.

I think the speed is related to Info sharing and Security Screening, the last part.
It takes short time for 80% of applicant, but it takes looooong time for others.
