Thank you for your reply, noted, will try it in the future. I finaly found Canadian Translator at Toronto, thankfuly they got the translation done on the same day. But it was very expensive.

I forgot to check one option where it says " You are authorizing CIC to collect travel history from CBSA", I dont remember the exact text but it was related to CBSA records.

I believe this question and check box is not there in updated forms (OCT-2020) as I don't remember if I checked this box recently.

Hi, I requested GCMS notes for my citizenship application and receives it today. Notes are not easy to understand and I have the following paragraph in email.

*Disposition of your records: Disclosed in part

Section(s) of the Act applied (if applicable): 15(1) The detection, prevention or suppression of subversive or hostile activities, 16(1)(c) injurious to the enforcement of any law of Canada or a province or the conduct of lawful investigations, 16(2)(c) methods employed to protect buildings, structures or systems*

can someone explain what does that mean?

These are Security Checks which come under Background checks.

Yes, with very short notice. But I am glad anyway they contacted me.

is this a general request to all applicants to have their passport stamps ready or is there a reason behind it, like travelling to many places during PR ?

I advise everyone to get their stamps in languages other than French and English translation ready ahead of time. Mainly for those who applied for urgent processing, you never know when you will be called for the videoconference interview.

I believe this question and check box is not there in updated forms (OCT-2020) as I don't remember if I checked this box recently.

I just checked my application PDF copy and compared with 2020 form. The section is still there 12.C for tax information authorization.
I actually used software other than Acrobat so it was not showing me this field as required and I missed that.

Hi All, any ideas which month the online testing has reached? I am following the facebook pages, but don't see a particular trend. Called CIC and the agent didn't even access my account and gave the "you will receive further information by email" reply.

Yes we need to renew if we have plan to travel this year - for backup. I have to travel hence renewed already even though the card expires in Aug.

Mostly Sep-Nov-Dec too and some test invites for other months in 2019.
Will see if more cic workers return at least in summer to clear backlog.
