I really don't have anything to make me ineligible, that's why I'm so confused. Can you explain to me a judicial review process, do I actually get to talk to somebody that will later make a decision or no?

A You can send your application for reconsideration which doesn’t take longer and it’s good choice
option B
judicial review and the judge will make a decision on your case If judge think if the officer has Error then he will sent your case for reconsideration then it’s most likely will be a approved

Europe or Afghanistan He had a shitty lawyer which used him for money and his argument was really bad I’m guessing He need to find a good lawyer as soon as possible and apply for judicial review or reconsideration Don’t waste your time

Hey don't panic just think about it you have options just wait for the letter and as ayanna ask you to order gcms notes and get full decision and reasons why officer rejected then take your decision
