Hi ! hope you are fine ! i try to stay positive even if i have a lot of stress and anxiety...my my psychotherapist help me also.
For my H&C application i didn't send it yet i filled out the papers but I still have a few details to check.

for example, did you mention the situation in your country of origin? have you explained how it can infect you? did you add social work reports, doctor reports... psychologist report? do you have any security problems if you can tell us just yesr or nor? do you have relatives here? how you proved the best interest of the child as well as your establishement in canada exept the fact that you have a good job here ( buisiness )

whe i read this , i would say its a VERY strong case but but you must also know the details of the request..if everything is proven in the application and if you have cited all the factors with good arguments and if you don't have security or criminality issues or anything else that makes you ineligible for permanent residence then I encourage you to do a judicial review.

I provided a lot of documentation, social ties, volonteering in the church, no family left back in to home country, not being able to provide for my family back home because of the type of the job I previously did there. I mean, it's a strong application. I'm losing my mind here. I've heard about out of status construction workers visa in GTA area. I'm currently out of status. Is that something that I should try?

So almost a 100% refusal?

i road on the federal court website that son evel officers refused some applications because they don't like the fact that the applicant hasn't tried to regularize their situation for a long time

I don't have any idea how that's work but you should speak with a very good lawyer....
I repeat i can't say your chances to get good decision in the court because i don't have all informations and arguments and also i'm not a specialist but according to your comments i think I think it was a devil who processed your application.
You should stay strong and positive and don't give up..

if you are a citizen of a european country especially if it is a country of the european union it can be difficult for you to get a good decision for H&C application...
but I have already seen Hungarians and polish people who accepted their jurdicial review
