Mine looked like this and then I got BIL and now BIO shows complete.

What about eligibility? Does that look the same? I don’t need to do biometrics. I have had them before. What would be the next step for me?

Like I said "Mine looked like this", meaning that everything was like yours, including eligibility. I am no expert but if you already provided BIO it should probably show up on your application at some point? My application also stated that they didn't need my BIO until I got BIL. It also states that they don't need medical exam, until they request it. Eligibility is gonna happen later on AFAIK.

Because there were lockdown so might be parcel were set in post office or courier office until lockdown opened.

It was next day recorded delivery and receiver c.kednny signed it on 19 march 2020.

It’s a mistake made by IRCC in that case,sometimes they make silly clerical mistakes,in my case the family name of all the dependents was mentioned wrong though I had mentioned it correctly on the file and also we all already had a UCI so there was no point of mistake but still they did ,I had to call them to get it corrected .In your case it’s just a clerical mistake ,had it been May 19 for real your AOR would have come somewhere in November or December.Chill! and relax

I just email to my representative about AR issue and he said they have kept file for 8 weeks in mail room because of covid.

I would say try to get a new birth certificate by correcting the error and send it through web form

Exactly the same happened to me. My representative said it is not important to link the application but I insisted in 2 formal emails asking him to link my application as I received an email from IRCC ( he forwarded it to me with the AOR email) in how to link the application and clearly states that if you don't link your application within 7 days, there might be a delay in processing the application.
then he asked his assistant to link my application and finally she sent me a confirmation.
I was very frustrated because I thought he doesn't care about any delay I might face as he already got a complete payment.

I received 2 emails from ircc. One was the aor the other was about how to link your application.

Ecas doesn’t show detail information regarding your application. GC key is one which shows. It doesn’t show biometrics, just show medical , or other documents requested by cic.

So excluding biometric it sill show rest all the status?
