Not sure. My A11.2 is MET but Eligibility is Review Required due to STAT Question (previous visa refusal). Lets ask for expert advise.

Nope. A11.2 is the regulation that deals with eligibility. So if you have a note that says A11.2 met then that is a recommendation, and unless it is conclusively passed by n officer, the eligibility will not be passed.

Yes, that is what happens in most cases, but the officer can reach a different conclusion too, though rare.

I understood what's the problems, it's because my company could not issue a reference letter with job duties. During the PNP stage, the officer also questioned about my job duties and sent me a Procedural Fairness letter. I provided LoE and supporting documents such as the company email between my working partners as evidence and finally my PNP was approved.

And I provided the same set of documents for my PR application. I am worrying now that my PR application would be rejected due to no job duties in my reference letter. What can I do right now? @legalfalcon, can you advise me?

Na man.... we need to wait a month more. Only lucky few got PPR... The rest of us need to wait the good ol' 6 months minimum. New restrictions will also come into play in a week. You'll need to spend upto $2,000 in a govt-approved hotel during Covid testing once you land which could take 3 days.
