Still no AOR for me either. Application was delivered September 4. Been checking ECAS and my information could not be located. I checked today and it shows application received. Still no AOR though.
Finally received my first line on ECAS! Can I pls be added to the timeline?

Today there's the first line "Application Received" for me. But when I try to check the status with my husband's name and birth date, it shows nothing. It's a family application (just me and him).
Is it normal that says Application received for me, and for him there's nothing?
I called CIC this morning and asked for an update.
A very nice lady confirmed that the family application was received (both mine and my husband's) and told me that "they started working on our application a week ago". She also told me that "they had a problem recently and a lot of people will probably not receive the AOR letter, or receive it very late" and I should not be worried about it and gave me our application numbers. It starts with the letter C followed by 9 digits.
I checked ecas right now, it only shows the first line "Application received".
Crossing fingers for more good news soon! I will keep you posted.
I was finally able to log in to the ECAS site. It says the following, so at least now I can log in. What I found weird was that they had a really old address in there, but the main thing was that I was able to update my address and phone number. To be clear, the following is not AOR? Is that a separate message?
Citizenship
We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on September 28, 2020.

I was just about to write this. How does that work? Does that mean our applications will now be even more delayed? They will move on to November soon and we will still be waiting for nothing
