Someone asked how I changed to email notification, I always had Email as my preferred contact.

Is there any section for choosing the preferred way of communication in the form we send? I see the text boxes for mailing address and email but nothing for preferred way of communication.

You have to call IRCC and confirm the preferred way of communication.
