Hi Everyone, I came to Toronto on 1st Jan 2021 for my Jan 2021 intake. My visa and study permit expires in Sept 2021. Now I want to apply for my spouse OWP. Should I apply from Canada or from India? What is better? Please need help and advise

He is in Dubai. Hence decided to apply from India to show strong connection. But some says to apply from Canada. So I am confused. I plan to take one more program after I complete the current one in August. So what should I do in this scenario?

How can he apply from Canada? It is an online application so if he is in Dubai, it will be processed there. Put in the application and you may get an approval.
