Urgent support required - Study permit and Spouse OWP extension

I am on OWP which is valid till July 2021 and I came to Canada last month in Dec 2020. My spouse holds a study permit which expires in July 2021 that's why I got a work permit at the same time. My spouse is applying for an extension of my study permit as his studies are going to complete in Dec 2021 so do I want to apply for my OWP extension. While filling the work permit extension form I came across four options and don't know which one to select. Right now I don't have any job as I came a month ago and still looking for jobs.

1) Apply for a work permit with the same employer
2) Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer
3) Restore my status as a worker
4) Get a new temporary resident permit

any help with be very appreciated
