My BOWP was approved on Dec 7 and I received the mail letter on Dec 23, so a bit more than 2 weeks

Yes, must apply for BOWP or WP extension well before it expires.

Medical passed, Biometrics Completed on Nov 2nd 2020
Received Correspondence letter on Dec 2nd
Still waiting for result.

Did you get the info? I got my Correspondence letter on December 8th and still no update on BOWP. Moreover, i tried calling IRCC and all of the time it was dropped due to high volume. Any suggestion on how to connect with IRCC?
